SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.
As soon as we receive your order, we automatically ship if its before 3pm EST. If your item(s) are ordered after 3pm, we will ship order the following business day.
Due to the nature of our product and for hygiene sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it within 14 days of the date of purchase. products must be returned in its original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with seal intact.
Due to the nature and conditions of any products purchased during the Black Friday and Cyber weekend sale, Extend Mii Lux Lashes are unable to accept any returns, refunds or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer.
Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
